One record. Out to everywhere the job already happens.
SightLine holds the whole job. Connect it to the tools you already run on — text and email your customers, reconcile to your accounting, and wire your own systems in with a real API and signed webhooks. No migration, no middleware project, no data leaving the record it belongs to.
Everything hangs off one job.
SightLine is the record — lead, measurement, cut plan, proposal, invoice. Integrations do not replace it; they extend it. Send from it, reconcile to it, build on it. The job stays whole.
The connections SightLine actually has.
Text and email your customers from the job.
Two-way SMS and email tied to the job record — a proposal link, an approval, an appointment confirmation — with no separate inbox and no delivery vendor to manage.
A real v1 REST API with scoped tokens.
Versioned, token-scoped endpoints for the job data you already have — read it, write it, build against it.
Signed events to anywhere you build.
Real-time, signed events on job changes — no polling, no scraping. Wire them into whatever you run.
Reconcile invoices and payments.
Invoices and payments sync to your books, so the accounting side stays current without double entry.
Bring data in, take it out.
Move customer lists, price books, and job data in or out on your schedule — the record is never locked in.
Wire SightLine into thousands of apps.
Trigger no-code workflows off signed webhooks — no developer required to connect the rest of your stack.
Pay on the invoice.
Card payments on the invoice itself, so a customer can settle a job without leaving the link they were sent.
Connect it in an afternoon.
Questions, answered.
Which messaging channels does SightLine support?
Two-way SMS and email, sent and received against the job record — a proposal link, an approval, an appointment confirmation — in one thread instead of a personal phone or a separate inbox.
Do you connect to QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices and payments reconcile to QuickBooks, and CSV import/export covers the data QuickBooks does not.
Can I connect SightLine to tools you do not build a direct integration for?
Yes, two ways: wire signed webhooks into a no-code automation tool to reach thousands of apps, or build directly against the v1 REST API with scoped, versioned tokens.
Is card payment on invoices available now?
Card payments are in private beta. It's not on general release yet — ask if you want in early.
Does connecting an integration move my data out of SightLine?
No. The job record stays the source of truth; integrations read from and write to it. You can export everything and disconnect any integration at any time.
